Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unopened and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

• Customer is responsible for return courier fees (unless defective)

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the product.
